Construction of Jin Zhaobo’s New Factory

The project is located on the south side of Guangfu Avenue in the industrial cluster zone, to the west of the Hengli Thin-Plate Project. With a total investment of RMB 200 million and a building area of 18,600 square meters, it will primarily comprise a research and development building, a materials reprocessing workshop, a machining (forming) workshop, a heat-treatment workshop, and storage and logistics warehouses. Upon completion and commissioning, the facility will have an annual production capacity of 30,000 metric tons of various high-strength fasteners, generating RMB 200 million in annual sales revenue, RMB 60 million in annual profit, and RMB 12 million in annual tax contributions, while providing employment for 200 people. The project boasts an investment intensity of RMB 2.85 million per mu, tax revenue of RMB 171,000 per mu, and employment of 2.9 persons per mu.
