High-Strength Fasteners and Ground Anchor Bolts for Wind Turbine Towers
Given the extremely harsh service conditions and the inherent difficulties in maintaining wind-turbine tower bolts, any tower collapse resulting from fastener failure could incur losses amounting to hundreds of millions. Consequently, we leave no stone unturned in ensuring the quality of tower bolts, as outlined below:
1) The quality control system is more rigorous.
2) Nondestructive Testing: Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection + Eddy Current Sorting
3) Metallographic Analysis: Due to the large dimensions of the tower sections, the microstructure after heat treatment is relatively complex, and the requirement for low-temperature impact testing with a V-notch at −40°C further necessitates robust metallographic analysis capabilities.
4) Torque Coefficient: We have extensive experience in the adjustment and control of the torque coefficient.
