Warm congratulations on our company’s successful bid for the bolt supply project for Tencent’s Beijing Headquarters Building!

Project Location: Phase II of the Zhongguancun Software Park, Haidian District, Beijing Project Overview: The site for Tencent’s Beijing Headquarters Building covers an area of 77,525 m², with a total permitted gross floor area of 158,640 m² above ground. The building includes three basement levels with a total underground floor area of 175,746 m², resulting in a total floor area of approximately 334,386 m². The plot ratio is less than 2.2, the building density does not exceed 40%, the number of above-ground floors is seven, the building height is 36.32 meters, and the green space ratio is greater than 20%. The foundation slab for this project adopts a cast-in-place reinforced concrete raft foundation, while the structural system consists of a frame–shear wall configuration with steel bracing, supplemented by localized steel structures. This procurement includes torsional-shear high-strength bolts and stud bolts.
